Marc is a successful CEO, Entrepreneur and Cyber security veteran. Prior to joining Hysolate, Marc was the Chief Business Officer at Nexar, where he led sales, marketing, biz-dev, customer success and field operations. In 2009, Gaffan co-founded Incapsula and after its acquisition by Imperva, led the Incapsula business as CEO to $100 million in run rate, protecting millions of websites worldwide and many of the world’s largest enterprises and Telcos. Marc is a thought leader and has appeared before the US Congress, FDIC and Federal Trade Commission on cyber security and identity theft topics. He holds an MBA and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Tal is a 20-year software industry leader with a track record of solving urgent business challenges by reimagining how technology works. An entrepreneur at heart, he has pioneered multiple breakthrough cybersecurity and virtualization products. Before founding Hysolate, Tal incubated next-gen end-user computing products in the CTO office at VMware. Earlier, he was part of the leadership team at Wanova, a desktop virtualization startup acquired by VMware. Tal began his career in an elite IDF technology unit, leading mission-critical cybersecurity projects that won the prestigious Israeli Defense Award. He holds multiple US patents as well as an M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, and the honor of valedictorian, from the Technion.
An industry veteran with 20 years of IT, networking and cloud experience, Yuki started his career at P-Cube, a networking startup that was later acquired by Cisco. After his position as system architect at Cisco, Yuki became CEO of Comsleep, an energy saving startup. Most recently, Yuki served as Head of Product for Nokia’s NFV infrastructure, driving telecom networks towards virtualization. A graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program, Yuki holds a B.Sc in physics and mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Passionate and experienced R&D Executive, Dror has fulfilled a vast range of roles in software engineering for the last 20 years. Prior joining Hysolate, Dror was the VP of R&D at Reduxio systems, a primary, high-performance storage startup, where he led all R&D activities from building features to ensuring successful deployments around the globe. Before Reduxio, Dror led the development of FluidFS, a distributed File System solution from its early stages as a startup (Exanet) through its acquisition by Dell. Dror also led teams in Precise Software Solutions and the IAF (Israeli Air Force). Dror is a Mamram graduate and holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
As Global VP of Marketing, Jessica brings more than a decade of experience to Hysolate. With her in-depth product knowledge, market expertise and passion for cybersecurity, she has a long track record of driving strategic and revenue growth, leading product launches such as RSA’s Authentication Manager and CyberArk’s Privileged Threat Analytics. Most recently, she served as Director of Product Marketing at Cybereason where she was responsible for the full portfolio of product and service offerings. A proud buckeye, Jessica earned her BSBA from The Ohio State University and her MBA from Brandeis University.
Ido is a cyber security, big data, and IT/cloud sales executive who is driven by the tangible and measurable value to clients on a global scale. Prior to joining Hysolate Ido served as VP Worldwide Sales for CyberInt Technologies from 2015-2019. Before CyberInt he served as a Strategic Accounts Director for Pivotal, a spin-off and joint venture of EMC and VMware. Ido also worked in Amdocs, first as Business Development Manager then as Sales Director. Ido is a Mamran graduate and holds an eMBA in business management and marketing from Tel Aviv University.
As VP of Sales for Hysolate in the Americas, John brings more than 15 years of comprehensive experience as a sales leader for industry defining Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure Organizations such as CrowdStrike, Imperva, F5 Networks, and EMC. John excels at market penetration into the Fortune1000 by working hand-in-hand with his clients to help their organization plan and execute an integrated approach to their specific IS/IT related goals and initiatives. John holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies and marketing from Babson College.
Itay is a cross-industry professional with 20 years’ experience in hi-tech companies, both public and private, with hyper-growth rates. Itay has worked with several leading companies in diverse and fascinating industries, supporting growth and leading fundraising. Prior to joining Hysolate, Itay was the CFO of MyCheck, which later was acquired by Shiji Group, the hospitality industry’s leading payment and integration technology provider. Itay holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the College of Management in Tel Aviv and had Accounting Studies (CPA) for Academic Degree Holders.
Nadav is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Team8. Previously, Nadav was the Commander of the IDF’s Technology & Intelligence Unit 8200 (Israel’s NSA), as well as founder of the IDF Cyber Command. Nadav brings 25 years of extensive experience in cyber leadership. Nadav holds an LL.B from the Interdisciplinary Centre and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
Yuval is a Partner and the Executive Chairman of Team8. He is a Founding Venture Partner of Innovation Endeavors, an early-stage venture capital firm, and co-founded Marker-LLC, a multi-stage venture capital firm. Until 2009, Yuval served as a GM at Cisco, running one of the BUs in Cisco’s Service Provider group. Prior to Cisco, Yuval co-founded P-Cube and served as its President and CEO. Prior to P-Cube, Yuval founded Pentacom and lead to the creation of Infogear, both of which were acquired by Cisco. Previously, Yuval served as Vice President of Research and Development at VocalTec, which went public on NASDAQ in 1996.
Amit Karp is a Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners and has been closely involved in investments in Fuze, Cloudlock, Blue Apron and Cloudinary. In addition to serving as a Board Member for Hysolate, Amit serves as a Board Director for Otonomo and SycllaDB. Previously, Amit was a senior associate at McKinsey & Company, advising companies on projects related to technology strategy. Amit holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Cum Laude, from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.
Harpinder (Harpi) Singh is a partner at Innovation Endeavors, as well as a former CEO and entrepreneur. He has spent nearly two decades as an entrepreneur building products in mobile, data and deep tech. Harpi was the cofounder & CEO of Slice (acquired by Rakuten). Prior to that, he cofounded and led product and business development at FiberTower. Harpi is currently a Lecturer in Management at Stanford GSB. He began his career as a software developer at Oracle and Bull-Honeywell. He earned a bachelor’s degree in CS at IIT, BHU, India, an MS in CS at Indiana University, and an MBA from Stanford GSB.
