About The Position
The professional services team is helping our customers evaluate and deploy Hysolate on their environment.
As the lead of the professional services team, you’ll be responsible for both conducting and overseeing the technical work involved with new opportunities and existing customers. This includes preparing and performing proof-of-concepts, pilots and deployment projects on customer sites.
You’ll make our customers more successful by helping professional services team members overcome technical challenges in creative ways, organizing the methodologies and processes involved in our customer work and providing our product team with customer insights.
- 2+ years of experience managing sales engineers / technical account managers.
- 3+ years of proven track record conducting enterprise PoCs/pilots/deployments for infrastructure products.
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise IT products/environments.
- Great inter-personal skills.
- Highly organized and methodical.
- Highly motivated and passionate for customer work.
- Willingness to do hands-on customer work.
- Ability to travel on a monthly basis (if needed).
- Analytical / problem solving skills.
- Creative “can do” attitude.
- Experience with enterprise IT.
- Scripting/coding skills – advantage.
