US Marketing Operations

Location: NY / Boston

About The Position

As one of the first members of our all-star Marketing team, you will play a strategic role in building a marketing machine that will take Hysolate to the next level. Currently, we are looking for a talented individual who has experience running marketing campaigns & operations and is eager to join a fast growing startup and be a key member.

As such, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and proactively extend Marketing's technology stack to become best-in-class in driving improved efficiency, conversion and scale
  • Roll-out new Marketing Automation platform
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for driving improved conversion, re-engagement and net-new leads
  • Review and refresh our company website, with an emphasis to educate and attract prospects and customers to our page and content
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for marketing activities, including social media, direct marketing, events, sponsorships, and public relations
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database (hygiene, maintenance, attribution, etc.)
  • Manage, enhance and optimize our lead management process in Salesforce and Marketing Automation platform, ensuring timely distribution of marketing qualified leads
  • Provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI through dashboard reporting, Google Analytics, and other analytic tools
  • Manage and provide insights for contact strategy and database segmentation


  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or campaign management
  • Understanding of the B2B sales and marketing funnel
  • Wizard with Salesforce, Marketing Automation platforms such as Hubspot/Marketo and WordPress
  • Strong project management skills, priority-setting capability, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with system integration principles, experience troubleshooting points of system failure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and extreme attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain schedules and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis (Excel skills required)
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills
  • High energy team player who doesn't let barriers get in his / her way
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
